It was a tiring day today. I had lessons from 8.30 until 4.25pm. In between, our teachers gave us a little break. It was very hard for me to keep still as I can't concentrate... I force myself to but I can't. Tomorrow will be the same thing, 8.00am - 4.00pm. Wednesday would be slightly different as there would be no Additional Math lessons. Yay! On the following day which is the Thursday the whole of Secondary four will be travelling to Malacca. It would be a two day one night trip. I can't wait for this day to come. At the same time I would have to complete my homework which is loads of them.
We went to the Singapore Polytechnic to have an introduction on the Organic Chemistry. We had theory followed by a practical. Basically, the class was divided into two groups of twenty. The first group, which is the group that I belong to, have to do an expericment on perfume. We each have our own bottle containing our sample of the perfume that we make to bring home. Yay! I had lots of fun there mixing different kinds of chemicals to produce a new smell. Some of the scent there I hate it. The smell is very pungent! After the perfume workshop, we had to proceed to level two to make our paper weight. I also had a lot of fun there but I got myself into a very sticky situation. I manage to decorate it but unfortunately, some of the words that I place in were not orderly as I accidently shook the beaker. Well... I guess I have to live with it after all, it my decorations. In conclusion, I had lots of time mixing and matching.
I did not have school today as the whole school is having an annual road run. I met up with some of my friends first before proceeding to the Punggol Park. I was really excited and I don’t know why. I have already planned not to run as I already had PE that week and I am aching all over, but, in the end, I did ran for a short distances only. I don’t know why they called it an annual road run when most of the students walk while the rest who are interested in getting a trophy ran. I think they should call it an annual walk. I already mention that I walk all the way from Punggol Park to the school, and I go the 97th place which I feel satisfied because three years of annual road ran, I always am the very last few. Tomorrow would be another school day for me as I will have extra lessons… I hope that it goes well. I am still left with 87days to Mother Tongue ‘O’ levels.
