Day 37

woke up with a very dry throat today... had some Pau that our friend has kindly helped us to buy back, apparently they run out of the meat Pau so he got the Kimchi Pau instead... the taste was not as good as the meat Pau though but it's still editable...

For Lunch, my friend and I prepared the Japchae (잡채 Korean Glass Noodles), as we do not have any meat in our fridge we make use of whatever we have left in the fridge. So here is our very own mix of  Japchae 잡채 with tofu, spam, sausages, spinach, onions and some egg, it turned out to be quite appetizing...

We were really very full after that... after lunch, I wasn't feeling well again... started to have some fever... throat got irritating... lay on the sofa and rested for a few hours before another friend of mine got back.... I did take a panadol just in case...

After resting we went to the KPOP event, we got free tickets from the Korea Tourism Organisim when we signed up for it... Didn't expect to get the tickets as free stuff are always hard to get... we were glad that we signed up for it.... We had to proceed to the Digital Media Station, and head off to the SBS building! the place there is really modern with all the nice buildings etc, and the food there was not cheap...

Then we saw some crowd crowding at one of the car so we went over to see what is the commotion... It was some KPOP star I guessed but I couldn't recognize who the person was, I did managed to sneak a picture of her though...

We had to queue up for the registration right outside of the building... and it was really freezing... we had to stand there for about 20-30 minutes or so before they brought us up to the studio where the live performance was...

We are not allowed to take any photographs during the show and the security there was really very strict... One of my friend sneak a few pictures and got caught and had to delete all the photos that he took previously...

THE SHOW was the name of the live performance apparently not all the groups performed live, some are already pre-recorded so we didn't get to see all of the KPOP artiste... but it was a good experience seeing how the whole show was stage and the camera crew running around etc... To be honest I didn't recognize most of the group except for the very few that I know off... THE SHOW lasted for about 1 hour 30 minutes and after that we head back to Hapjeong to have friend chicken for dinner...

I couldn't take the beer there as I had to take panadol later at night... but anyway, this fried chicken we ordered at Rocket Chicken  does not taste as nice as the one we ordered previously...

After the fried chicken, we went back to our apartment.... my throat starts to fee dry again.... hopefully I don't get sick....
