Day 21

Had lunch at home today cause we were too lazy to go out... Basically we reheat the soup that was left behind yesterday and stir fry some vegetables and fried rice... This is what we got in the end...
Met up with one of my NDP friends today for dinner and sight seeing...
We went to Ihwa Mural Village expecting to see many Mural but there wasn't many... might be because we went the wrong way up... But I did capture a few of the Mural there...

We went all the way to the top to capture a nice view, from there we are able to see the Seoul tower!

For dinner, we walked all the way to KwangJang Market, it's a traditional market where they set up tents to sell their delicious delicacies there...

Since this is a traditional market, we decided to have the live octopus! This was the place we had live octopus at and it cost 15000 won

Taste wise... it was chewy.. I can't really taste the sweetness of it though... maybe I dipped in too much wasabi and chili sauce... They did served us a small yakult drink after our live octopus meal..

Since the live octopus was not that filling we went into another restaurant and ordered some pancakes and had some drinks before we head off to the Cheonggyecheon Stream 청계천

The pancake on the right was not bad but the left ones seems a little disappointing because it's just normal food (crab stick, cucumber, fish) dipped in flour and fried...

The meal cost a total of 17000 won...

We made our way to the Cheonggyecheon Stream 청계천 and it was a little disappointing... the lighting wasn't that well lighted so the pictures turned out bad... in other words, my photographer skills was bad...

Since both of them just reach Seoul, they are not very used to the cold weather here so after a long walk, we head in to a random cafe to have a hot tea...

They have interesting pictures on on the wall about coffee...

I ordered the green tea and it did help to warm us up before we walk all the way to the subway station...

It was really a nice walk at the Cheonggyecheon Stream 청계천 although there wan't any nice pictures that I could get hold of, the walk was long... which allows me to reflect a lot...

Train ride back was about 30 minutes... I was glad that I managed to make it back alive... I was a little scared at first because of the protest and demonstration going on... Today marks the first day of going out alone, taking the subway alone... I felt lost at first....lonely... kept distracting myself with my phone... but ya... glad to have met up with them...
