Day 22

Had classes from 11am all the way till 6pm today... but some of us decided to go to school earlier today as we wanted to form groups for our upcoming projects... however, those students that we asked either have a group already or we they don't want to group with us... there's is this guy that we approach asking him if he have already formed his group but it seems to me that he does not understand English that made me wonder how does he even understand the lecture... we asked another girl sitting just beside him and she ignore our question. We asked the one behind us, she was polite enough to reply us and said that she might consider but in our hearts we know that that's a sure no... we asked 4 times and got rejected 4 times... it's just doesn't make the day feels right...We decided to try our luck at the end of the class but everyone just left the room so quickly that we did not even have the opportunities to ask them... We gave up and hoping that we can form a 3 man team...

Didn't had proper lunch today... Went to the convenience store to grab some snack before the start of the next class... this is what I got for 800 won which is about 90 cents in Singapore...

It's some kind of sushi that has some beef filings in it... It was not that tasty as expected but that will just shuts my stomach from growling in class...

Ate that on my way to the second class of the day... class was as usual.. a little difficult for me to understand especially all the big terms starts to come out... Had to do some revision at home...

The last class was quite a pain...we were nearly late for the class and most of the seats were occupied but we did managed to found 2 empty seats side by side... it was quite difficult for me to understand the professor, there was some long awkward silence when the class was going on but ya... had to deal with it and do my own readings... as mentioned that I did not have proper lunch, I got hungry during the lessons... got a little grumpy... ate some sweets to keep me awake...

Class ended at about 5:30 so we went back to our apartment first before heading to the nearby Mapo Dumpling restaurant to have our dinner... I ordered the Dumpling Ramen 만두라면 and we shared the Sundae 순대 along side with some Dumplings  만두

  

The Sundae 순대 was not that bad... it doesn't look that bloody...  Dumpling Ramen 만두라면 was average, Dumplings  만두 was the the best of the three...

After dinner, some of us had to go back to the apartment early to prepare for a birthday surprise for one of our friend... The cake looks very pretty, taste wise... it was good, not too creamy but it did felt a little dry...

He was surprised by our surprise and had some shots (9 in total) from a toast from us to him... He did puke a little from the consecutive 9 shots... he was okay in the end... he managed to go back to his apartment safe and sound... Hopefully he can finish up his readings by today...

 

And that ended my day... 

Today wasn't that cold anymore.. but night time is the worst! Especially the cold wind... Really couldn't stand the wind... but overall it was okay... hopefully the weather stay like this for months....
