Day 4

Made a trip to the Seoul Immigration Office today to make the Alien Registration Card in the early morning however we later found out that we con only make the card through appointment. So basically we wasted a trip there, but we did managed to book a slot to make the card on the 7th March in the afternoon. Most of the slots were already taken up when we were booking it....

We filled up the necessary forms and headed home. Once we reached home, I doze off on my bed as I was having some cramp... 

For lunch went to a nearby outlet to have our lunch, I ordered the Kimchi and Chicken Fried Rice

Apparently if you fulfill certain criteria you can get a free meal there. Some of the criteria includes:

1. Show them a huge tiger tatoo

2. Your birthday falls on the April 1st

3. Your birthday falls on the 29 Feb

4. Sing your national anthem

etc...

there were a lot of photos inside the shops with adults fulfilling the criteria.

After lunch, we went pass by Hong Dae to walk all the way to Hapjeong to take a subway to Ewha Women's University. On the way to Hapjeon station, we stopped by a claw machine shop

 

One of my friend went ahead to play it but didn't managed to get anything... 

     

this was us on the way to the Ewha Women's University. Although it was bright and sunny but it was freezing cold especially when the wind blows. We walked along the streets, shops at the different cosmetics stores and found this beautiful scenery!

  

  

It was truly very beautiful! Some of the seniors there were in their graduation gowns taking pictures! We did took a group photo in this freezing weather. I'm having some difficulties opening my eyes as the sun was just right in front of us...

After taking enough pictures, we went in to the nearby shops, if I;m not wrong its a line shop and took pictures with the big teddy bear and continue shopping 

As my friend and I are not so keen in shopping we went to a cafe in the U-Plex shopping mall and ordered some macrons that cost about 90 cents per pieces. I ordered the Green Tea and Sal Caramel flavor, both tasted sweet!

  

  

Since there are seats in there we took our time to finish it. After that we went to meet up with the rest of our friends. Our friends told us that they provide some free souvenirs as long as you provide them with the receipt. So we went up this mini van and got load of free gifts!

  

They gave us a folder, a mask, a lip balm and chocolate milk! After collecting all those, we went to some nearby cafe to chill as the weather was really too cold! I didn't order anything as the things there are really expensive! This is the cafe that we went to

After that we went back to our apartment to rest as we were too tired! We rest until 8 plus and I got hungry. Since some of them had some light food in the cafe, they are not hungry so 3 of us went to a nearby restaurant to have chicken and beer!

  
  

I shared the cup of beer with my friends and both of them turn somewhat red after that... but it was really nice to have the fried chicken as I was craving for it.

And that ended our day! We had to walked back home fast was the weather was really terrible! 

Skype with my parents during the night and I got the news that my sister got transferred to the class that she wanted, hopefully she can do well in her academics now...
