Day 44

Alone at home for the whole day... there's no class today.... slept very late last night cause of assignments... woke at at about 11am this morning, cooked some scrambled eggs for breakfast along with some cereals and tea... 

Spent the whole afternoon doing my readings and my projects... cook instant noodle for lunch along with an egg and some sausages...

Since everyone is busy, some still having lessons, some went to meet their friends... I had to made my way to Mangwon market to get the necessary ingredients for Japchae 잡채 to prepare for dinner...

There's no one else at home so I thought of preparing and cooking the dinner alone first so that once they got home, they can just dig in... I did have fun preparing and stir frying all the ingredients but I did have some difficulties getting the carrots sliced thinly... the knife at our house was blunt... I couldn't cut through anything hard.... I did managed to cut some but not all....

Preparing dinner for 7 people alone is not that easy... had to multi task here and there...

The kitchen was in a mess after everything was done... this was the outcome...

Was quite satisfied with the outcome... after dinner went out to buy an ice cream as I was craving for it... bought the matcha with red beans ones and it was really good

After that we went to Hong Dae as one of my friends made his spectacles there... we walked around Hong Dae before heading back to our apartment...

There's Cherry Blossom everywhere on the streets in Hong Dae... there's a tree nearby our house that have already started to grow flowers and it was really very beautiful when the sun shines on it...

  

Should really take this chance to go out and take a look at the nice scenery and view around my area.. it's just mesmerizing to look and stare at the cherry blossom... 

Being alone at home was not a good idea... had some random thoughts here and there...
