What's Next For Me?


Polytechnic education is coming to an end soon and I have yet to decide on what I want to study in University... I don't know what I want to study. Looking through all the different University and the courses offered, I really am speechless....

 

I studies Financial Informatics in poly, I can either go for the IT route of the Finance route. But why isn't there a Financial Informatics route just like the one in the poly? I want to study in the University but the problem now is that I can't decide... Dad asked me to take up the Finance as it would be useful in the future...

 

There have been some thought of me giving up on University studies and start working …

 

THISIS HARD TO DECIDE! So far the decision that I've made was to study in SMU as it was much nearer to where I'm staying. But the indecisive part was which course to take up? 

 

Dad says: Business Management (BBM)

Another Course that SEEMS to be what I want: Science in Information Systems Management (BSC)

 

After reading all the information in the website, I can feel the stress level and pressure!!! Man! This is bad! Real bad!! What I'm afraid of is that the Business sections will involve some POA or Accountancy which I do not really quite like it. Under Finance, I am more interested in Investment, HR Management or the Operation Management (No sure if it's the right term)… NEED HELP!!

 

Seriously, I feel like crying out now...

Happy Anniversary Mum and Dad! We went to down town east to dine at Sakura intentional buffet restaurant. Well... I would say that the food there was not as delicious as before. I’ve been there quite a few times and this time round, it’s okay. Overall, I enjoy eating there! I had a great time. We also went shopping because I was too full... I’ve been eating a lot since holiday started. I think I have gain weight! I hope not. School reopening soon; I hope I can do well.

I came back from the Chinese Orchestra camp yesterday and I am very tired. My family and I went to watch the movie Astro Boy as my sister have two free tickets. To me, the story was very interesting. The film begins in Metro City, a small city that floats above Earth, which is now covered in discarded robot parts. Toby Tenma finishes a physics pop quiz ahead of all his classmates and is free to leave, so he rewires Orrin (the family servant robot) who takes Toby to the Ministry of Science. Toby's father, Dr. Tenma, is at the ministry, meeting with President Stone and Dr. Elefun. They have captured two cores of energy, a "positive" (good) core and a "negative" (evil) core. Toby is placed in a room where he is supposed to stay until the end of the demonstration, but he escapes and runs off to the demonstration room.
